How to Use the La-med Lungciser™

1. Take out Lungciser™ from the duplex box and connect the tube at the base (outlet connector).

2. Place the Lungciser™ in a vertical position. Exhale normally, then place the mouthpiece connector between your lips.

3. Inhale slowly and deeply until you lift all three coloured balls (try if possible).

4. Remove the mouthpiece and exhale. Relax for a while.

5. Repeat steps 2–4 for 5–10 minutes, 2–3 times daily.

Remark: To calculate inhaled/inspired air volume, multiply column volume by retention time.
