Return & Replacement Policy

At Medineeds, your satisfaction is our priority. Here's how our return process works:

In case the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery

We will arrange a free pickup of the item and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, as per your preference.

If the wrong product was ordered by the customer (customer’s mistake):

  • In such cases, after delivery:
  • The customer will need to send the product back to our company address at their own cost.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the correct replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

❌ 3. Items Not Eligible for Return

 These typically cannot be returned:

  •  Items that are used, installed or consumable after opening.
  • Products missing original packaging or serial/UPC labels.
  • Items with defects not covered under manufacturer warranty.
  • Certain categories like:
    • Diapers & Ostomy Bags (personal care)
    • Test strips & lancets (diagnostic care)
    • Bulky medical items (e.g., healthcare beds, wheelchairs, Commode Related Items)
