Return & Replacement Policy
At Medineeds, your satisfaction is our priority. Below is our return and replacement policy:
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery.
We will arrange a free pickup of the item and provide a replacement or a full refund, as per the customer’s preference.
2. Wrong Product Ordered by Customer (Customer’s Mistake)
If an incorrect product has been ordered by the customer and the order has already been delivered:
- The customer must send the product back to our company address at their own cost.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the correct replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that are used, installed, or consumable after opening
- Products missing original packaging or serial/UPC labels
- Items with defects not covered under manufacturer warranty
- Certain product categories, including:
- Diapers & Ostomy Bags (personal care)
- Test strips & Lancets (diagnostic care)
- Bulky medical items (e.g., healthcare beds, wheelchairs, commode-related items)
📦 Important Note
All returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
