Return & Replacement Policy
At Medineeds, your satisfaction is our priority. Here's how our return process works:
In case the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery
We will arrange a free pickup of the item and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, as per your preference.
If the wrong product was ordered by the customer (customer’s mistake):
- In such cases, after delivery:
- The customer will need to send the product back to our company address at their own cost.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the correct replacement or issue a refund as applicable.
❌ 3. Items Not Eligible for Return
These typically cannot be returned:
- Items that are used, installed or consumable after opening.
- Products missing original packaging or serial/UPC labels.
- Items with defects not covered under manufacturer warranty.
