It’s oval shape is suitable for people with complex stoma types that are difficult to manage, such as, retracted stoma, stoma situated in skin folds and loose skin. Its double-layer adhesive feature ensures that your skin is protected and is cared for at all times. This light convex type base plate is suitable for 15-53 mm stoma size. It’s “cut-to-fit” feature helps you to cut it evenly according to the size of your stoma within that range. It allows the stoma to protrude, thereby, reducing the risk of leakage by applying light and directed pressure on the peristomal skin.
