Shipping:

While we try our best to ship your orders within two business days after payment is cleared, there could be circumstances when we are unable to do so. In such an event you will be informed of estimated shipping date. All orders are subject to availability and the shipment could be delayed based on that. In such a case we will contact you and get further instructions.

We ship through reputed couriers. Order number and other details will be provided to you through email after the order is shipped.

Octroi if applicable in your city is not included in the basic price, the buyer has to pay when demanded by the courier company at the time of delivery.

FREE RETURN POLICY

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Medineeds.in – you can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If you are not satisfied with what you have bought or you have received a defective/damaged product we’ll take the product back within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes, and other packaging remain intact. In case the return is found ineligible for a refund, we’ll not accept the product and courier it back to you. Please note that returns are subject to the availability of the particular product.

What You Need To Do-

The product must be in an unused condition and in original packaging

Keep the parcel ready with the Return Form pasted on it. Please make sure that you enter the reason for returning the product, type and your details, along with the Order ID and the RP ID provided to you.
We will schedule a reverse pick up and our courier partners will pick up the package from your address. Or you can ship the product yourself and get the cost you incurred in sending us the package as a discount in your next purchase.

The following shall NOT be eligible for Return or Replacement:

Damage due to misuse of the product
Any consumable item which has been used or installed
Products with tampered or missing serial /UPC numbers
Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product (s) delivered
Our Category-specific policy is as follows: Personal Care Category- Diapers are not eligible for a return, Diagnostic Care Category- Test Strips, Lancets are not eligible for a return, Healthcare Beds, Wheelchairs and other bulky items are not eligible for return
Some special rules for promotional offers may override “Medineeds.in 7 Days Return Policy”
